In Finland we had many demonstrations on the stairs of parliamentary building, it's one of the favorite places for protest.
Yes, I think that inside parliament or government building protesting is not allowed. Also if there is some top level international meeting, police can show place with some distance from it.

Coming back to my earlier comment about bio energy I would like to add that I don't see all bio energy bad. In Finland e.g. after forestry works some waste wood stays left same in saw mills and this waste is possible to use in energy production e.g.…
My critics was only against bioenergy because aspects of health, environment, foodproduction and rainforest decrease etc.

Dear All,
I would hereby thank EJC for organizing successful event in Brussels. The speakers were real professionals, facilities were operating, schedule was kept and program was interesting. From experience I know it is not easy task to manage international conference for 100 people. You did it with remarkable way. Thanks.
